In 2023, we made the intentional decision to step back from Rental Support Services. At the time, it allowed our team to focus on the continued growth of our home management and concierge divisions. It was the right move for our organization and for the level of service we aim to provide.

But the conversation did not end there.

Many homeowners who rent their properties seasonally or occasionally continued to reach out, asking for one thing in particular: a trusted, local presence they could rely on when they were not physically here. Someone who understood their home, their expectations, and the importance of protecting their investment without taking over full property management.

We listened carefully.

And beginning January 1, 2026, Executive Errands® is proud to reintroduce Rental Support Services as part of our Signature Retainer program, redesigned with a clearer structure, stronger boundaries, and a model that works better for both homeowners and our team.

Why Rental Support Looks Different Today

Many homeowners now manage bookings directly through platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Evolve, or through repeat guests and private referrals. These platforms make reservations easy, but they do not replace one essential element of successful home ownership: reliable, local oversight.

Managing a property from afar means handling logistics, emergencies, vendor access, deliveries, and readiness checks without physically being present. That gap often creates stress, uncertainty, and unnecessary risk.

The updated Rental Support Service exists specifically to bridge that gap.

Executive Errands® is not stepping in as a property manager, and we do not act as a point of contact for guests. Instead, we represent the homeowner exclusively. Our role is to ensure the home itself is cared for, secure, stocked, and supported while you maintain direct control over your rentals and guest relationships.

How the New Signature Retainer Model Works

Starting January 1, 2026, Rental Support Services will be available exclusively through a $99 per-month Signature Retainer.

This monthly retainer keeps your account active year-round, regardless of whether your home is currently rented. It ensures you remain connected to your dedicated Signature Retainer Concierge and provides the foundation for prompt, professional support whenever needs arise.

When services are requested, they are handled in a transparent, flexible way:

Concierge services such as restocking, light organization, coordinating vendors, or performing home readiness checks are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Emergency situations or vendor-related work are quoted individually and submitted for your approval before any work begins, keeping you fully informed and in control.

This hybrid structure eliminates guesswork, avoids long-term contracts, and provides dependable access without the complexity or cost of full-scale property management.

Additional support may involve overseeing deliveries, managing vendor access, coordinating repairs, or simply ensuring your home is prepared and secure while you are away.

At every step, Executive Errands® represents the homeowner, not the guest. Our priority is protecting your property, maintaining standards, and giving you peace of mind.
